
Frank is the founder and president of the South San Joaquin Republicans (SSJR), an organization he designed to network area conservatives to get involved in the political process and meet their area representative. Through the SSJR, Frank has met President George W. Bush, moderated congressional forums, organized an event for Gold Star Military Families, and was a California delegate for his county, which positioned him to become chairman of Senator John McCain's 2008 presidential run for the White House for San Joaquin County in California.
